Bruce Thomas has accepted a position with A&E Television Networks as VP, integrated marketing. He will liase with advertisers and agencies to create marketing programs that combine AETN brands with client brands. His appointment marks the creation of a new integrated marketing department.
Minotaur International, a distributor based in London, U.K., also announced two staff changes: Sarah Tong has been promoted to VP of Minotaur, but will maintain her position as head of sales; Patrick Robinson leaves his post as acquisitions executive to join Flextech Programming as a business affairs executive. Minotaur is part of Flextech Television, which is the content division of Telewest Communications.

Bristol-based Tiger Aspect Group has been promoted commercial director Andrew Zien to joint managing director. He shares the post with Charles Brand, who heads up the company’s programming output and broadcaster relations. Zien will take commercial responsibility for the Group’s subsidiaries and investment.
