Outdoor Life Networks names a new VP; William Corbin moves up at A&E; and Steve Liesman joins CNBC.

Susan Panisch has been promoted to VP, programming for Outdoor Life Networks in the U.S. Panisch was previously director, program development and new media.

William Corbin/b> has been named VP of interactive production for A&E Television Networks. Corbin will oversee all interactive design, marketing, production and editorial content for AETN’s websites.

John Baisley has been appointed president of Panasonic Broadcast & Television Systems Company. Baisley previously served as GM of planning for Panasonic System Sales Company.

Charles Holmes has been appointed senior VP, CNBC International Sales. Holmes was previously an account executive for CNBC Network Ad Sales.

Steve Liesman has been named senior economics reporter for CNBC. Liesman joins CNBC from the Wall Street Journal.

Robin Smith has been named director of sales and marketing for Toronto, Canada-based Seville Pictures. Smith has previously held positions with Lions Gate Entertainment, Blackwatch Releasing, Alliance Atlantis Releasing, and the Toronto International Film Festival.

Alicia Calaway, a former contestant on Survivor II, joins TV station WNYW in New York as a health and fitness reporter.
