You may have noticed some new names here in recent months, and I am pleased to take this opportunity to introduce you to our newly complete RealScreen team.
As you may already know, Susan Zeller is soon to take leave to join the ranks of motherhood. Our wee one is about to have a wee one of her own! Susan will be on leave from mid-November through July, during which time Brunico editorial director & executive editor Mary Maddever will oversee the editorial department.
Upon Susan’s departure, we will draw on our rising star Kimberley Brown to step up to the role of associate editor from her previous post as special reports editor.
Paula McLaren is the newest addition to our sales team. Coming from Toronto’s Breakthrough Entertainment as director of sales, she has signed on to lead the group.
I’m pleased to announce that Sarah Selhi has been promoted to senior account manager, and joining her is new account manager Marci Vigeant Christie.
Rounding out our fantastic RealScreen team are: senior staff writer Matthew Sylvain; copy chief/writer Deanna Wong; creative director Stephen Stanley; senior production coordinator Melissa Giddens; publisher’s assistants Alex Welzel and Murray MacMillan; and conference producer Meredith Jordan.
At MIPCOM, watch for me, Mary, Kimberley, Paula, Sarah, and Brunico events GM Diane Rankin. Also, Marci and Matthew will be at the Sheffield International Doc Festival, so keep an eye out for us! We’ll be everywhere!
