With a name like Impossible, you go big or go home. That seems to be the credo to live by for company directors Tim Haines and Jasper James. The London-based company is famous for exploring outer space, the ocean depths and the ancient world of dinosaurs – with help from CGI. Both men are self-described former ‘inmates’ at BBC Science, where they learned about directing and producing. James says he has an ‘unhealthy obsession’ with dinosaurs that drove him to join the Walking With Dinosaurs team in 1997; Haines joined in 1998. The doc aired a year later and has won countless awards.
