With so much great new content to choose from at the market, it’s sometimes hard for projects to get the attention they deserve. So, for the second MIP in a row, realscreen thought it might be helpful if we screened a few hundred clips to select those we think are must-sees in Cannes.
We assembled a panel of media journalists and evaluated the clips based on three criteria: originality, execution and appeal. The projects that follow are those the panel considers to be especially noteworthy. Not only are they wonderfully creative projects but, miraculously, they are also films even somewhat jaded media types agree are not to be missed.
