New Chicago film fest accepting submissions

Music-related film fest will distribute feature and short doc awards

The Chicago International Movies and Music Festival (CIMMfest) is now accepting submissions for its inaugural competition. Running March 5 to 8, 2009, CIMMfest will consist of panel discussions, workshops, and premieres by new and established directors. Feature and short doc awards will also be given out. Deadlines to submit US and international films for the 2009 CIMMfest are: September 15 (early deadline); November 7 (regular deadline); and December 31 (final deadline).
