Lionsgate nabs LeBron doc

Lionsgate has acquired worldwide rights to the basketball doc, More Than a Game, the story of five young basketball players on their journey from Akron, Ohio, to the nationals. One of those young players happens to be NBA superstar LeBron James, who also serves as an executive producer on the film.

Lionsgate has acquired worldwide rights to the basketball doc, More Than a Game, the story of five young basketball players on their journey from Akron, Ohio, to the nationals. One of those young players happens to be NBA superstar LeBron James, who also serves as an executive producer on the film. The doc premiered at this year’s TIFF and is slated to be released in fall 2009.
