IDFA competition winnners annnounced

The International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam closed on Sunday with announcements of competition winners. The VPRO Joris Ivens Award was awarded to director Anders Østergaard for the film Burma VJ - Reporting From a Closed Country. The winner received a sculpture and €12,500. The Silver Wolf Awards went to Aliona van der Horst for Boris Ryzhy.
