Pact, the UK trade association representing independents, finds today's Digital Britain interim report from communications minister Stephen Carter hightlights the UK's vital independent sector. Pact endorses statements in the government report such as 'an important part of the UK's international success in content to date has been driven by a successful and entrepreneurial independent production sector.'
