ITV staff write protest letter as director of factual faces redundancy

The Guardian reports that 35 executives at ITV have written a protest letter addressed to Michael Grade, ITV's executive chairman, and John Creswell, ITV's chief operating officer in support of their colleague Jim Allen, director of factual and entertainment for ITV. Allen was notified last week that he is under a 90-day period of redundancy consultation.
