Survivorman Productions' Les Stroud has revealed many things about himself over the three seasons of the Discovery Channel US's Survivorman and countless adventure specials and documentaries. Besides being a serious multi-tasker as series star, producer, cameraman and survival expert, he's also a musician, pilot, diver and family man. But Stroud gave up three things that most people may not know about him to realscreen.

Survivorman Productions’ Les Stroud has revealed many things about himself over the three seasons of the Discovery Channel US’s Survivorman and countless adventure specials and documentaries. Besides being a serious multi-tasker as series star, producer, cameraman and survival expert, he’s also a musician, pilot, diver and family man. But Stroud gave up three things that most people may not know about him to realscreen.

1. I value nutrition very highly. I’m a closet nutritionist; I wish I was a better eater.

2. I’m a way better angler than most people would think from my show. I get cut up a lot for not being a good fisherman because I never catch anything, but I’m an excellent fisherman.

3. I’m a hell of a great dancer.
