Russian doc accuses US of spying on Russia and China

A Russian documentary entitled Base, which aired on Rossiya TV over the weekend, accused the US of using an air base in Kyrgyzstan to spy on Russia and China. The doc showed buildings on the base which it claims are are used for electronic surveillance, but the spokesman for the airbase denies the accusations, saying the buildings are dorms for the troops.
