Making its world premiere at Hot Docs in Toronto in May, this doc follows 23-year-old Eva Markvoort as she awaits a fateful call to receive a double lung transplant. The film documents the challenges faced by Eva and her two online friends, all of whom suffer from Cystic Fibrosis, a fatal genetic disease affecting the lungs and the digestive system.
