Kate Botting joined Brook Lapping as executive producer last September from her previous position of series producer at Dangerous Films. The former journalist turned producer took some time out of her schedule to tell realscreen a few things about herself that the industry wouldn’t generally know.

1. I was conceived on a gun smuggling boat in the Amazon.

2. I once wrote a book on Sex Appeal: The Art And Science of Sexual Attraction.

3. I used to serve tea on a whalewatching boat off Byron Bay.
