Sundance Film Festival appoints new director of programming

Sundance Institute announces the appointment of Trevor Groth as director of programming for the Sundance Film Festival. Groth replaces John Cooper who was named director of the festival in March. Groth has been with the festival for 16 years, most recently as senior programmer where he programmed both narrative and doc features while also leading the festival's Short Film Section.
