TIFF announces new program

The Toronto International Film Festival has announced a new program, called City to City, which explores the evolving urban experience while presenting the best documentary and fiction films from and about a select city. City to City's first venture out highlights Tel Aviv. The festival has also announced 24 international selections to screen this September.
