C4 and Darlow Smithson to commemorate anniversary of 9/11

Channel 4 will be marking the eighth anniversary of 9/11 with a 90-minute documentary from Darlow Smithson Productions. C4's deputy head of documentaries, Simon Dickson, commissioned 9/11: Phone Calls From The Towers which features recordings of calls from people who died in the terrorist attack on New York. Some of the recordings are broadcast for the first time and the doc will also feature interviews with the families of the callers, who have cooperated in the making of the film and provided the recordings.
