‘Jon & Kate Plus 8′ turns focus to newly single mom Kate

Come November 2, the TLC reality show centered around Jon and Kate Gosselin and their sets of twins and sextuplets will look a little different. The show's name will change to Kate Plus Eight to reflect the change in the family dynamics - Jon and Kate endured a very public break up - and a focus on Kate as a single mother. Jon's role will be lessened in the upcoming shows, as well. TLC is in development for another Kate project in 2010.

Come November 2, the TLC reality show centered around Jon and Kate Gosselin and their sets of twins and sextuplets will look a little different. The show’s name will change to Kate Plus Eight to reflect the change in the family dynamics – Jon and Kate endured a very public break up – and the focus will turn to Kate handling her new single mother status. Jon’s role will be lessened in the upcoming shows, as well. TLC is in development for another Kate project in 2010.
