ITV acquires ‘River Monsters’

Animal Planet US hit River Monsters is coming to ITV. ITV acquired the series from Bristol-based Icon Films and has ordered a 6 x 30-minute pre-watershed version of the series for ITV1 as well as the full 6 x 1-hour version to air on ITV4. The series follows expert fisherman Jeremy Wade on his search for the most dangerous freshwater fish on the planet.
