Sichuan TV Festival honors NFB

China's Sichuan TV Festival is honoring the National Film Board of Canada for its 70th anniversary, with screenings, picture exhibitions and even two nominations in Sichuan TV Festival's International Gold Panda Awards for Animation. Tom Perlmutter, chairperson of the NFB, will also be present to deliver talks on the NFB and the futre direction of audio-visual creation in the multiplatform digital world. The festivities take place from November 6 to 8.

China’s Sichuan TV Festival is honoring the National Film Board of Canada for its 70th anniversary, with screenings, picture exhibitions and even two nominations in Sichuan TV Festival’s International Gold Panda Awards for Animation. Tom Perlmutter, chairperson of the NFB, will also be present to deliver talks on the NFB and the futre direction of audio-visual creation in the multiplatform digital world.
