TLC launches iPhone app

Discovery Communications has officially launched its TLC application for the iPhone and iPod Touch.

Discovery Communications has officially launched its TLC application for the iPhone and iPod Touch. The app features video clips from TLC’s top shows, including Cake Boss, What Not to Wear, Little People, Big World and 19 Kids and Counting, with users being able to share clips via email, Facebook and Twitter. Users can also access blog posts from their favorite personalities at TLC.com. The app, designed in collaboration with mobile content developer Zumobi, also allows easy access to assorted Lifestyle Guides. Full episodes of programming can be purchased and downloaded via the iTunes store.
