Towers Productions hires new development VP and exec producer

Chicago-based prodco Towers Productions LLC, part of Towers Holdings, Inc., has announced the hiring of David Padrusch as vice president of development and executive producer.

Chicago-based prodco Towers Productions LLC, part of Towers Holdings, Inc., has announced the hiring of David Padrusch as vice president of development and executive producer. Padrusch will be tasked with originating and developing series and specials, and overseeing all phases of production from an editorial standpoint. Padrusch was previously president and founder of Boston-based Mad Rush Pictures, Inc., where he directed commercials, documentaries and TV programs including Aftershock, Last Stand of the 300 and The Art of War for History, among others. He will remain in Boston and act as the company’s East Coast representative. ‘David is a creative talent of the highest order, with an unmistakable and original visual style that puts technology to work in the service of story-telling,’ said Jonathan Towers, chief creative officer of Towers Productions. ‘He also brings a successful entrepreneurial track record to the table. We are delighted to have found such a seasoned development and production executive who shares our values.’
