International Digital Emmy Award nominees announced

This year's International Digital Emmy Award nominees have been announced and, for the first time, Brazil, Hong Kong and New Zealand are among the countries which received nominations.

This year’s International Digital Emmy Award nominees have been announced and, for the first time, Brazil, Hong Kong and New Zealand are among the countries which received nominations. In the non-fiction category the nominees are Construction and Fall of the Berlin Wall by ZDF Enterprises GmbH in Germany, Digital Revolution by the BBC and The Open University in the UK, and Hunger to Learn and Last Chance to See also by the BBC. There are also categories for best digital program – children & young people and best digital program – fiction. The event will be held in Cannes on April 12 during MIPTV, to be hosted by actress Illeana Douglas.
