DISCOP East’s training and pitching program, DISCOPRO, will be held on June 22, the day before the opening of the Budapest-based content market (June 23 to 25). DISCOPRO will focus on the coproduction sector in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), with a program of pitching sessions, events and projects. Documentary will be the focus of the afternoon session, where four archival-based projects centered on European topics will be pitched to coproduction executives from CEE TV stations. The program will end with a look at Hungary’s local incentives, tax rebates and new production facilities.
