NHNZ opens production house in Abu Dhabi

Dunedin-based production house NHNZ is further expanding its global reach by setting up shop in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates.

Dunedin-based production house NHNZ is further expanding its global reach by setting up shop in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates. Within the next couple of months the Abu Dhabi office will open, in an effort to build up NHNZ’s 3D output and to tell untold stories of the Middle East. NHNZ will manage Middle East-specific productions and, in co-operation with TwoFour54, develop Arabic media and entertainment content, including high-end HD and 3D documentaries. The prodco is also planning to help grow Arab talent and production infrastructure by offering skill transfer and workshops. Seven hours of programming about the Middle East, covering wildlife, engineering and culture, are in production. NHNZ already has offices in Washington DC, Singapore and Beijing and is increasingly active in Australia and South Africa.
