More ‘Prank Patrol’ for ABC3

Children's reality series Prank Patrol will see 39 new 30-minute episodes developed thanks to a development agreement between Australia's ABC3 and activeTV.

Children’s reality series Prank Patrol will see 39 new 30-minute episodes developed thanks to a development agreement between Australia’s ABC3 and activeTV. Created by Canadian prodco Apartment 11 Productions, the Australian version is a ratings winner. Production is anticipated to begin mid-2010. As well, activeTV has finalized a new multi-platform licensing agreement with ABC Commercial for Prank Patrol Australia. For the Australian and New Zealand territories, ABC Commercial has acquired from activeTV and Apartment 11 rights for home entertainment, merchandise, mobile content, online content, transport/hotel and live events. The first DVD will be released in May 2010.
