The Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) has added Inside Rehab, a program taking viewers into an eating disorder facility, to its primetime line-up. The 8 x 1 hour docuseries, produced by Tijuana Entertainment’s Troy Searer and John Foy (Obsessed), will document one group of patients at the eating disorder facility as they undergo an intensive 42-day recovery program. ‘Whether you have issues with food or know someone who does, this series offers perspective, hope and the possibility to see food-based issues in a new light,’ said OWN chief creative officer Lisa Erspamer. OWN will launch January 1, 2011 in approximately 80 million homes on what is currently the Discovery Health Channel.
