‘Babies’ gets big marketing push

The opening film of Hot Docs, the Thomas Balmes-helmed Babies is getting the biggest push ever for a doc from marketers. Ten marketing partners are attached to the feature-length doc which follows four babies from around the globe for a year. Companies from Johnson's Baby, Kodak and Pampers are lining up with the documentary, which aims to bring in an audience of new mothers.
