Scripps Networks Interactive has appointed Bob Baskerville, most recently its president of emerging networks, as general manager of Scripps Networks International. Baskerville, 46, will work out of Scripps’ New York City offices, overseeing all day-to-day operations of Scripps’ international division, and reporting to Scripps Networks International president Greg Moyer. Before leading the merging networks division, Baskerville was president of the DIY Network. ‘Bob brings a high level of expertise in many important aspects of our business from program production and scheduling to marketing and brand development,’ Moyer said. ‘As a Scripps Networks veteran, Bob has gained the respect and reputation that will be invaluable as we expand the Scripps Networks footprint around the world.’
