SBS picks up two series from Windfall Films

Two of UK-based Windfall Films latest series have been picked up by Australian network SBS. The channel has acquired Animal Autopsy and The Operation: Surgery Live from Windfall's distribution partners ITV Studios Global Entertainment and Zodiak Entertainment, respectively. Animal Autopsy (4x60 minute) originally aired as Inside Natures Giants on C4 and it goes inside some of the world's largest creatures with biologists and veterinary scientists as they preform autopsies on these large animals. The Operation features top surgeons performing major surgery on live TV. Viewers can interact with the operating theater via Twitter, mobile and email, allowing them the opportunity to ask the surgeons questions and learn more about the human anatomy.
