Digital Rights Group has announced it will represent The Gurin Company’s newly commissioned entertainment format Get Up And Dance for the world (excluding North America and UK where Gurin retains rights). The 10-part, one-hour series Get Up And Dance (w/t) will premiere in the U.S. on CMT later this year and will be executive produced by Phil Gurin. The TV format challenges viewers of all ages to film themselves recreating famous dance routines from videos, movies and TV and selects the best ones to be judged on air with the winner receiving a cash prize. This is the second partnership between DRG and The Gurin Company after the format The Singing Bee.
