Canadian multi-platform broadcast company GlassBOX Television has entered into an agreement to acquire specialty channel travel + escape from CTV Inc.

Canadian multi-platform broadcast company GlassBOX Television has entered into an agreement to acquire specialty channel travel + escape from CTV Inc. The acquisition is subject to CRTC approval, and an application has been filed. ‘This acquisition is a natural next step in our company’s development and a great fit with our growing suite of services,’ said Raja Khanna, co-CEO of GlassBOX Television Inc. GlassBOX currently has two cross-platform specialty channels under its umbrella: 24-hour music service AUX and youth-oriented channel BITE TV.
