Ahead of DISCOP, the distribution arm of Banijay Entertainment Group, Banijay International, has sold nine episodes of its new entertainment format My Parents Are Gonna Love You to Romanian commercial broadcaster Antenna. The format was also picked up by Fox in the US ahead of MIPTV, and the pilot is in pre-production by Banijay Entertainment’s prodco Angel City Factory.

Banijay International is bringing a number of formats to DISCOP, including Dilemma, which is launching internationally at the East European market. The series features a number of contestants who are isolated from the outside world and housed together for eight weeks, along with the show’s co-host in The Dilemma Cube. The winner will be the last person remaining after successfully facing a series of challenging personal dilemmas.

Also making its debut at DISCOP is On Stage With My Idol where six singing contestants will be chosen to preform the catalog of their idol’s music, and they will meet their idol live on stage just before they preform.

Also coming to DISCOP through Banijay are finished programs such as dating show Love Games; Dr. Steve-O where Jackass‘s Steve-O drives around the U.S. in a tricked-out ambulance with a mandate to ‘de-wussify’ wimps, geeks and the lazy and competition series Styl’d which follows five junior assistants as they work with three high-end celebrity stylists. All aforementioned series are from Bunim/Murray.
