Shed Media confirms deal talks with Warner Bros

Following a report in the Sunday Times, UK superindie Shed Media has confirmed that it is in talks with Warner Bros. Entertainment.

Following a report in the Sunday Times, UK superindie Shed Media has confirmed that it is in talks with Warner Bros. Entertainment. The Sunday Times had reported that the Time Warner subsidiary had made an offer to acquire Shed Media that was in the neighborhood of £75 million. Companies under the Shed umbrella include the prodcos Wall to Wall, Ricochet and Twenty Twenty as well as Shed Media’s US and Scotland production operations, and Outright Distribution.
