CNBC picks up first five season of ‘Til Debt’

CNBC has acquired the first five season of Frantic Films' Til Debt Do U$ Part, the Canadian financial makeover series distributed by Picture Box Distribution.

CNBC has acquired the first five season of Frantic Films’ Til Debt Do U$ Part, the Canadian financial makeover series distributed by Picture Box Distribution. CNBC already has three seasons of Til Debt that were picked up last fall, the first Canadian series picked up by the U.S. broadcaster. The total acquisition of the series is for 104 episodes. The series is hosted by financial guru Gail Vaz-Oxlade, who uses tough love to help families curb their spending, and is produced by Frantic Films in association with Canwest Broadcasting’s SliceTM. Picture Box has also sold the series to Discovery Asia, Zone Media in the UK, Talit Communications in Israel and TV4 in Sweden.
