New York-based SoCin is bringing social media experts from the worlds of television and film together for Social Cinema Week, a series of events during the Toronto International Film Festival. Created by Social Exposure Media founder Sally Golan and SocialTV.com founder Paul Farkas, the event will take place Sept. 13-16 and feature speakers from CBS Interactive, NBC, Sympatico MSN, Lakeshore Entertainment, Story Lab and more. The event aims to teach producers, filmmakers and broadcasters how to use social media in creative and innovative ways.
