Hard Rock brand suing Turner Broadcasting System over truTV ‘Rehab’ series

The Las Vegas Sun reports that Orlando-based Hard Rock Cafe International is suing the owners of the Las Vegas Hard Rock hotel featured in truTV's Rehab: Party at the Hard Rock Hotel as well as the prodco behind the series, Brad Lachman Productions and truTV parent Turner Broadcasting System.

The Las Vegas Sun reports that Orlando-based Hard Rock Cafe International is suing the owners of the Las Vegas Hard Rock hotel featured in truTV’s Rehab: Party at the Hard Rock Hotel as well as the prodco behind the series, Brad Lachman Productions and truTV parent Turner Broadcasting System. The suit alleges the behavior depicted in the series is ‘entirely at odds’ with the chain’s brand image.
