Comcast announces French deal for Golf Channel

French viewers will be the first in mainland Europe to add the Gold Channel to their dials. Comcast International Media Group announced Wednesday that it will partner with AB Group to a launch the 24/7 HD channel in France. Gold Channel's non-fiction slate includes The Big Break, The Haney Project and Golf Fix. In France, Golf Channel will be available on Free, SFR, Orange, IPTV provider Bouygues, and in October will launch on Bis Television and satellite network Orange.

French viewers will be the first in mainland Europe to add the Gold Channel to their dials. Comcast International Media Group announced Wednesday that it will partner with AB Group to a launch the 24/7 HD channel in France. Gold Channel’s non-fiction slate includes The Big Break, The Haney Project and Golf Fix.
