Outright folded into Warner Bros unit as part of Shed Media deal

As part of the acquisition of Shed Media by Warner Bros Television Group, announced in August and completed today, Outright Distribution will be incorporated into the operations of UK-based Warner Bros. International Television Production (WBITP).

As part of the acquisition of Shed Media by Warner Bros Television Group announced in August and completed today, Outright Distribution will be incorporated into the operations of UK-based Warner Bros. International Television Production (WBITP). UPDATE: While Shed Media will remain as an independent production company, according to Warner Bros, a spokesperson for Outright Distribution says the Outright brand will ‘no longer exist’ when the company is fully integrated into WBITP. The company’s employees will continue to represent the programming of Shed Media and its third party producers in addition to Warner Bros. Television, Warner Horizon Television and Telepictures Productions.
