Al Jazeera Children’s Channel enlists The Foundation

Buzzer City (w/t), a new children's game show, has been commissioned by Al Jazeera Children's Channel (JCC). The Foundation, part of Zodiak Media Group, will produce the 115 x 30' game show in January 2011 out of Twofour54's Studios in Abu Dhabi.

Buzzer City (w/t), a new children’s game show, has been commissioned by Al Jazeera Children’s Channel (JCC). The Foundation, part of Zodiak Media Group, will produce the 115 x 30-minute game show in January 2011 out of Twofour54′s Studios in Abu Dhabi, with the series set to air on JCC in September 2011. This marks the first Zodiak Middle East commission. The competition game show takes two teams as they compete in challenges leading up to the ‘Ultimate Buzzer’ at the top of the ‘Tower’ and will be presented in Arabic and hosted by Saeed Sarhan. Buzzer City will be executive produced by Nigel Pickard, newly appointed CEO Zodiak Middle East/Asia/Australasia (MEAA), who also serves as group director, kids and family entertainment, UK, Zodiak Media Group. Pickard will oversee the Group’s Mumbai-based production company Sol India and any future operations in the Middle East, Asia and Australasia.
