New Zealand's Documentary Channel is being re-launched as BBC Knowledge next year by BBC Worldwide. The new BBC Knowledge on the Sky Platform will join BBC Worldwide's BBC World News and UKTV offering tailored factual content to New Zealand's audience. Tony Iffland, BBC Worldwide Australia's GM says that they are looking forward to engaging with local production companies to discuss content acquisition to bring local content to BBC Knowledge.

New Zealand’s Documentary Channel is being re-launched as BBC Knowledge next year by BBC Worldwide.
