The Los Angeles Times is reporting that Cablevision System Corp's board of directors has approved a plan to spin off its Rainbow Media division, home to cable channels IFC, AMC, Sundance Channel, WE tv and Wedding Central.

The Los Angeles Times is reporting that Cablevision System Corp’s board of directors has approved a plan to spin off its Rainbow Media division, home to cable channels IFC, AMC, Sundance Channel, WE tv and Wedding Central.
