The deadline for submissions to the realscreen Factual Entertainment Awards, taking place in Santa Monica on June 1, has been extended to February 11.

The deadline for submissions to the realscreen Factual Entertainment Awards, taking place in Santa Monica on June 1, has been extended to February 11.

In a high-profile presentation at the 2011 Factual Entertainment Forum, realscreen will pay tribute to outstanding content from around the world at the industry’s truly global celebration of factual entertainment excellence.

The producers of the second annual realscreen Factual Entertainment Awards are accepting entries in the following categories:

Competition
Lifestyle
Reality
Non-Fiction / Factual Entertainment

Winners will be determined by juries of the industry’s most highly regarded experts in these categories. These judges will also single out projects that merit special Creative Talent & Craft Awards for directing, cinematography, music, host, editing, casting and most original concept.
