Parthenon scores new sales for Mystery Files, expands sales team

Germany, Greece, Scandinavia and Russia are among the new territories signing on for the series, sold to 100 countries worldwide.

UK-based Parthenon Entertainment has scored a new slew of international sales for its Mystery Files series.

N-TV in Germany, Skai TV in Greece, Viasat in Scandinavia, TVR Romanian Television, TVCenter Russia and BHRT in Bosnia and Herzegovina have signed on to take the series, which uses dramatic recreations to illustrate new findings regarding some of history’s most iconic and notorious individuals. Other broadcasters airing the series, which has been sold to 100 countries, include National Geographic Channels International, Discovery, La7 in Italy, and France 5.

Also in Parthenon news, the company has hired former BBC Worldwide sales exec Andrea Zarzecki (nee Sparrowe) as sales manager, responsible for the Middle East, Africa, Greece, Cyprus, Turkey and Malta.
