Lifetime Television has teamed up with digital agency AvatarLabs for an online challenge in support of the net’s Seriously Funny Kids series.

The Funniest Kids Challenge lets parents upload their own kid’s funny videos to www.mylifetime.com/funniestkidschallenge and its up to online voters to chose five videos within eight categories: sports, road trips and travel, parents’ jobs and work, pets, family, music, play and school.

The video submission phase is open until February 28 and on March 1, all approved videos will become public for viewers to watch, share and vote. In early April, the top five videos in each category are submitted to a panel of judges to review and an overall winner for each category is selected.

The winners have the chance to win a Seriously Funny Kids poster autographed by the show’s host Heidi Klum.

The half-hour series debuts on February 1 and follows Klum as she interacts with children and brings out the hilarious and insightful things they say.
