Lifetime, Demi Moore sign development deal

Lifetime Television and actor Demi Moore (pictured) have partnered on a multi-project development deal, which includes an interview series hosted by UK TV personality Amanda de Cadenet.
Based on de Cadenet’s web series, The Conversation is an hour-long celebrity interview series. Famous women will sit down with de Cadenet to touch on topics that relate to women everywhere.
Lifetime has ordered eight episodes of The Conversation, which will be produced by decadenet, Inc. Moore and de Cadenet will serve as executive producers with Rob Sharenow, Gena McCarthy and David Hillman of Lifetime Television. Andrew Fried (Iconoclasts) will co-executive produce.
Nancy Dubuc, president and general manager of Lifetime Networks, said: “Demi is one of the most fascinating people in the world. She is both an icon and a modern woman who plays by her own rules. Not only am I inspired by that, I also am so excited to partner with her.”
Moore added: “The Conversation provides an intimate and inviting environment for women to share their challenges, provide insight into their own personal solutions and hopefully inspire others in the process.”
Moore is also developing two scripted dramas for Lifetime that she will executive produce.
