Food UK bags “DC Cupcakes”

Food Network UK has struck a deal with Shine International to acquire the first two seasons of TLC's reality series DC Cupcakes (pictured), along with Spike TV's drinking travelog Three Sheets.

Food Network UK has struck a deal with Shine International to acquire the first two seasons of TLC’s reality series DC Cupcakes (pictured), along with Spike TV’s drinking travelog Three Sheets.

Season one (6 x 30 minutes) and two (13 x 30 minutes) of DC Cupcakes will begin airing from June 28 at 4 p.m. GMT, while season one (8 x 30 minutes) and two (10 x 30 minutes) of Three Sheets will begin airing on July 4 at 11 p.m. GMT.

“Summer is all about fun and that is exactly what these two series bring to Food Network UK,” said Nick Thorogood, MD of Food Network EMEA.

DC Cupcakes will get viewers instantly hooked and craving more, while Three Sheets will have them not only laughing out loud, but also considering some of the unique, local hangover cures from around the world.”
