Rainbow Media Global taps Frazier as VP, global distribution

Rainbow Media Global is continuing its executive expansion with the appointment of Marco Frazier in the newly created role of vice president, global distribution.

Rainbow Media Global is continuing its executive expansion with the appointment of Marco Frazier in the newly created role of vice president, global distribution.

Based in Europe, Frazier will oversee global distribution for Rainbow Media’s international properties, which includes Sundance Channel and WE tv. He will report to Ed Palluth, senior vice president, global distribution.

Frazier has over 20 years of experience in securing distribution for media ventures, including Creative Networks International, Sitcom S.p.A, ESPN Classic EMEA and Rainbow Media. He also helped launch Sundance Channel in eight territories.

Palluth commented, “Marco is a highly skilled negotiator and has tremendous experience securing carriage deals across Europe and Asia.  I am thrilled that he will be joining our team and focusing his talents on this critical area of our global business.”

Recently Rainbow Global appointed Sally Habbershaw as vice president, scheduling, acquisitions and promotions and Jennie Morris as director of affiliate marketing.
