TIFF trailers: new docs from Maysles, Yu, Krawitz

Ahead of the start of TIFF next month, new trailers have been made available for a host of docs, including Al Maysles' The Love We Make, Jessica Yu's Last Call at the Oasis and Tony Krawitz's The Tall Man (pictured).

Ahead of the Toronto International Film Festival’s kick-off next month, new trailers have been made available for a host of docs, including Albert Maysles’ The Love We Make, Jessica Yu’s Last Call at the Oasis and Tony Krawitz’s The Tall Man.

Al Maysles’ The Love We Make will have its world premiere at the festival in September 9, before having its U.S. TV premiere the next day on Showtime. Check out the teaser trailer:

Also having its world premiere at TIFF is Jessica Yu’s Last Call at the Oasis:

Tony Krawitz’s The Tall Man, meanwhile, has its international premiere at the fest:

Also screening will be the NFB-backed Pink Ribbons, Inc., Lea Pool’s documentary about the industry around breast cancer:

And Jonathan Demme’s post Hurricane Katrina doc – I’m Carolyn Parker: The Good, the Mad and the Beautiful – gets its North American premiere at TIFF. Check out a clip from it:
