DLT adds Mountague as executive editor

Jon Mountague has been hired to head up London-based indie DLT Entertainment’s new Manchester-based division, tasked with developing factual entertainment formats and comedy.
He took up his executive editor post earlier this month and reports directly to DLT’s president, Don Taffner Jr. Mountague previously headed up BBC Comedy North, and held roles at firms including Ginger Productions, the BBC, Channel 5, Talkback Thames and Mentorn.
Taffner said Mountague’s “experience in growing new talent both on and off-screen is exactly what we are looking for as we expand the business in the North of England.”
